In a world afflicted by severe political unrest and one of the worst pandemics in history, it’s nice to hear a track about milkshakes. At TMR, we’re big fans of Keep Dancing Inc, and their latest single, ‘No Milkshakes In Hell’, might just be at the top of the pile. While its story is “about a psychopath who has an addiction for milkshake,” it’s also an absolute banger. “The idea was probably inspired by movies like ‘Profondo Rosso’ by Dario Argento or John Carpenter’s ‘Halloween’,” the Parisian three-piece explain. Musically, the track is driven by pulsating rhythms, winding synths and a vocal performance which is impossible not to like. -Dan Peeke
